Outbound Sales Position (Entry Level)

We are Southern California company looking to hire an outbound sales representative. This is an opportunity to grow with the company, if you work hard and have dedication, it will be a very good job for you. This could turn into a work from home position for the right person. Must have outbound phone sales and/or field sales experience, and managerial experience. Growth opportunities are available for the right person.
Must have patience, be skilled at prospecting, and be capable of handling rejection.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a team member who is motivated and who has previous sales experience, preferably outbound sales experience, such as selling equipment, services, advertising & marketing, and other business to business services.
Ideally our sales representative should, in addition to having sales skills be fluent in have good time management skills and good negotiating / closing skills and a forward-looking attitude.

Job description:
The goal of our sales manager is to recruit new members to biltpros.com, including a very wide variety of home improvement professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include making multiple calls to new perspective members, giving them information, doing follow-up on a timely basis, explaining how we can benefit their business in the long term. Other duties will include entering daily contact information into our CRM program and creating a database and entering company names addresses phone numbers emails etc. We are a growing company and seek individuals who want a long-term career and wish to grow with us we offer other benefits as well.

Requirements:
A good personality
2 years outbound sales experience
Field sales preferred

Pay:
All of our sales make base salary or commission, whatever is higher. A Sales Rep is expected to make 60k-160k/yr depending on performance. Your commissions will go up every 6 months, we reward people more the longer they work with us. We also offer monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and annual bonuses. If you do well in sales, and have good leadership skills, you have room to grow into a sales management position.
