Great customer service!
Richard was awesome to work with. In a time of Covid and some other medical issues in the family, it's so stressful to also deal with water damage (AND in the process of listing our home for sale). Richard organized service within 24 hours and was incredibly patient as we worked through the insurance claim process. Great customer service!

Hired for carpet cleaning. Contacted them through BiltPros. They responded quickly with an estimated cost that was very reasonable. Booked online. They arrived promptly, very professional, with clean looking equipment, dressed nicely, and easy on the eyes.
We have three active teens and a German Shepherd puppy. The carpets looked pretty bad. They did a beautiful job of stain removal. Whatever solution they used was pleasant smelling. The carpets also dried fairly quickly. Overall, the carpets look much better! A job well done! Timely, efficient, cost appropriate, and professional! Great job! Would recommend 100%.

The 1st person i’d Call!
I had a small flood last week when the drain hose fell from from the wall of the laundry room. I'm a DIYer and cleaned it up immediately and ran a dehumidifier for a couple days. After googling for a couple days to see if water had gotten under the new laminate flooring, I decided to call a professional to check it out. 1-800 WATER DAMAGE had rave reviews and provided a free estimate!
Wonderful Richard came the next morning, taking Covid precautions (much appreciated!!), and checked the areas for water damage. I was taken aback by his honesty--said we did a good job and there was no damage. He even gave us tips on cleaning up small floods since we seemed like DIY folks. Also when it's important to call the professionals right away.
I will be keeping his card to recommend to anyone and everyone who has a flood, and he'll be the 1st person I call in the future if I need anything. He says he does carpet cleaning too I believe.

Great Communication
I had water leakage from the upstairs shower to the ceiling in the kitchen. They were very responsive when initiating the process and very respectful of my home while doing the demolition of the drywall and repair. It is very anxiety producing to know there is water leakage and mold in your home, but they remained in communication with me and made it a tolerable process.
