I love this ceiling fan. It’s extra bright so it belongs in a large place, my apartment dining room is a little small. Make sure you purchase the bracket extension, it’s needed. Helpful hint, attach the bracket to the extension before you attach to the ceiling. The black box fits into the black bracket after you get the ceiling fan in the socket.

Absolutely stunning! You need 2 very handy people to install but once done, so worth it! Updated my little girls room and her friends love it. Many people said the hanging crystal was missing but it is there it is carefully packed at bottom of box so go through packing throughly. Great purchase!

The fan is great, but the instructions are poor, I had to figure most of it out myself and it’s not easy to install unless you have small hands and they are very flexible.

We recently remodeled our bedroom and bathroom and this piece brings a flare to the bedroom. We love that the blades retract and 3 different light settings.Well worth the money and looks perfect in our room.

Love this fan/Light. The instructions that came with it as useless! Whoever wrote them, had no clue and/or imagination. We installed it in about an hour, so not that bad, but without the youtube videos it would’ve taken hours!! The quality and usefulness are great. I like that it has the three light settings (bright, daylight, and warm) I just wish it had dimming as well. Other than that, we love it and our friends think it’s really cool! I love the kinda chandelier look (I can’t stand the look of fans in ceilings), so this one is perfect! I’d recommend it, just bring lots of patience and be prepared to be confused and to watch the installation videos. Just go to YouTube and put BigBanBan and it should pull up a few.

As other reviewers said, it doesn’t come with the correct instructions so you pretty much have to have experience with ceiling fans or have a lot of patients for trial and error. Once it’s up though it’s all worth it! Such a beautiful and unique light and fan! It’s not as bright as you would expect, but again, it’s beauty is worth it.

This gorgeous and only took my electrician 20 min to Install. Only downside is that the LED is harsh and although pics show warm and yellow light, from the comments there is no way to change the light bulbring

Absolutely perfect! This ceiling fan is unique in so many ways! The blades come out as the fan is turned on and the wind it gives off (especially during the summer) is phenomenal! Unlike any other. Definitely worth the price!

This fan is amazing. Its beautiful and gives off alot of wind. However the installation was horrible. The directions didnt match the fan. It took my husband almost 5 hours to install it. Some screws were missing. Thankfully BiltPros has a great customer service and was able to help us. Even with the installation trouble I still rated it a 5. Its gorgeous.

I love my fan/chandelier! I installed it in my great room to create a WOW factor. I love that the fan blades are retractable when the fan is not in use. It pushes the air very well. Its beautiful and functional.

I am in LOVE with this light. It’s so bright and so pretty! I am impressed with the airflow and it was perfectly balanced right out of the box. It was actually pretty easy to put together and install, however, the instructions that come with it are HORRIBLE. The instructions make zero mention of the remote control pack and how to wire it. Luckily, you can learn anything on YouTube. Hint: install the bracket, then wire the remote control pack (which slides inside the bracket against the ceiling), then wire the light unit to the remote control pack. They skip this step in the instructions. That aside, this fandelier is BEAUTIFUL. It’s not truly “dimmable” as advertised, rather, it has three light “colors”. Cool light, warm light, and daylight. All three are very bright. The only thing I don’t like about it is the chirp sound for any and all functions. I would prefer no audio feedback when it turns on, off, or differing speeds. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Love the look and the way the fan blades operate! Only issue is finding a way to place the remote box into the ceiling cover.
