Looks dept: very attractive set appearing more expensive than its’ budget cost, excellent bang for the buck. All wicker was intertwined perfectly with zero issues, nice construction. Color is a dark brown espresso, pictures are very accurate. The whole set really classes up my gazebo, this is an upgrade for an older set of lawn chairs. Comfort: well, this is where I have problems. The cushions are just way too soft (for me), I prefer a more dense more firm cushion, possibly too firm for some of you. The back cushions in particular have virtually no support, you just sink right in. Thankfully the cushion fabric unzips so you can swap them out for a foam density more to your liking. Easy to put construct although I had to look at the loveseat several times before figuring it out otherwise quite simple. The wicker is lightweight so these are easy to handle for one person, easy to move around. So to recap looks great, pads are a little thin–this is a rock solid four star especially for the price.

We have a very long, narrow deck in a coastal community and have been searching for three years to find a set that was the right size, the right price and would look light and airy on our deck. We finally found it and are so happy with the outcome. We received it yesterday and had to write this review the next day to let everyone know that the set was easy to put together, every piece was there, including spare parts, pillows for the couch and covers for the chairs and couch. The cocktail table is very sturdy and a nice addition. There was mist this morning and a slight wetness to the fabric, but that disappeared after the morning fog. Our son is looking for a small-sized set for their condo in Anchorage and I highly recommended this perfect one to him. We felt the price was extremely fair for a quality product, which also included the shipping.

We’ve just received our set and put it together and I am very impressed at how beautiful it looks! This is a lovely outdoor set, it is comfortable and sturdy and I really like the zippered cushion covers so you can easily wash them. Excellent value for the quality. Besides the fact that I am very pleased with how beautiful this look in our backyard, I would like to comment on how very accommodating and patient BiltPros has been. You see, we had a peculiar situation for the delivery of our outdoor set. They were prompt at replying to my messages and so willing to work with me. I would highly recommend the product not only because it is beautiful and of excellent quality, but also dealing with an outstanding company made this purchase the perfect choice for us. Looks great. Love the color and quality of the furniture. Very easy to assemble. If my husband age 72 with no interest in DIY projects can do it anyone can. Each box took him less than one hour. The loveseat and table take a bit longer but similar assembly to the chairs. The set arrived in two shipments a few days apart. Which was nice because you got a chance to experience set up without getting overwhelmed. Nice product for the money. Love the fact I can cover the set up during the tropical rainy season too.
