   The faucet seems to be very well made, is heavy and looks great. However, when trying to install as a replacement faucet the shank was at least 3/4″ too short to go beyond my granite counter and connect water lines. I emailed the company and they got back to me within 2 hours. They do not offer a faucet with a longer shank. I had asked about shank extensions which they said would work (they actually provided me links) but do not provide. Most shank extensions don’t have great reviews online. Though I wasn’t able to use this faucet in my MBR, I decided to use it on my second bathroom because I love the look of it so much. For those that want to know, this faucet does come with standard 2″ long threaded shanks. What they don’t tell you is the shanks are recessed at least 1/2″ to 3/4″ into the the base of the faucet pretty much making them useless on thick countertops. Still would purchase this faucet again.

   This looks very pretty on the pedestal sink in my powder room. My husband installed it and it was a pain, but I think that was the fault of the tiny space and weird shaped sink more than the fault of the faucet. The drain would not lay flat in the bottom, but again, that’s the fault of the sink. I may order more of these for more bathrooms in the house because I love the look and feel of it.

   We needed an oil-rubbed faucet to match other fixtures in the bath and I liked this style because the tap rises higher than some of the other models. The package arrived in perfect shape and all parts were in it. The installation was easy and straightforward and the tap has been working well over the last two months. The water flow and tap control are smooth and pleasant. My only complain is that the product site recommends this faucet to go with a pop up drainer and I ordered them together only to realize that the faucet assembly has its own pop-up drainer. I had to return the redundant drainer; an unnecessary hassle.

   So glad I finally bought this faucet as a replacement for my bathroom sink. My bathroom sink had been leaking for far too long, but this Victorian style is hard to find, and very expensive. This faucet is very similar to the Delta faucet I had to replace, but a fraction of the cost. I had already wasted money buying 2 replacement valves, and extra O-rings for each handle of my leaking faucet. These new valves did not stop the leaking.I was wary of purchasing this faucet from here, because several other reviews stated the faucet parts were too “short” and didn’t fit properly. This was not the case for me. This faucet was a perfect replacement. My 18 yr old son replaced my leaking Delta with this faucet, and it works perfectly. No more dripping bathroom faucet.

   The quality of materials and its durability seem to be very nice. The only problem I had with the faucet was the part of the faucet that goes through the holes and into the counter were not long enough. My counter is normal thickness at 3/4in and after I screwed on the nuts to secure it in place there was no room to screw on the water lines. I had to run to the hardware store and buy a faucet extender kit. However that took awhile to get to work because the faucet extender was made for thicker counter tops. I eventually got it to work but it wasn’t easy. But now that it is all done I am very pleased with how it looks, Also I removed the red and blue water line indicators which makes it look much better.

   PROS:• great vintage look• quality piece (feels heavy and solid)• beautiful oil rubbed bronze finish• great water flow• handles and faucet swivel easily• easy to install
   CONS:• Heavy, sturdy faucet with great water flow. We used this in our powder room and love it so much we will likely get another one for another bathroom. The vintage look is great, the finish is lovely and the faucet handles turn easily. Highly recommend.
