Hello, I like this fixture because it came with the drain and it was very easy to install. The instructions are very clear. You do actually need to buy your own plumbers tape and a sealant. The reason I recommend this bathroom faucet is (at least for me), the ease of installation, you don’t need to buy additional parts and it’s affordable.

I was hesitant but decided to give it a try anyway. Arrived timely as expected and packaging was solid and all parts in tact – thanks BiltPros! The quality and finish of the product is excellent. The package included everything needed for an easy install including drain and stopper. Install took 30 minutes per sink – including the removal of the old and cleaning up. No added caulk needed. Your sink and install may vary but this was a piece of cake. I refreshed 4 sinks with faucets/drains and new braided supply lines for less than 2 faucets (no drain or supply lines) from anywhere else. After 2 months of use- they still look perfect, work excellent and have no drips or leaks. Great designer touch at a fraction of the cost.

Our well water is full of calcium and not much we can do about it. Every couple of years we have to replace the faucets in our home. I was purchasing expensive ones for awhile until I decided to go with a more affordable version. They last as long as those costing 3X’s as much and look almost identical.
