    I can’t say enough good things about this bed or the company. The loft bed comes in three boxes when shipped – unfortunately the delivery company misplaced one of the boxes and their claim process was very frustrating and not very helpful at all. Fortunately I reached out the customer service, who immediately wrote back and contacted the shipping company. They told me they would make sure to oversee the claims process with the delivery company and would immediately and out a replacement box if the original could not be located. The missing box showed up that same day (less than 4 hours after contacting customer service). With all three boxes now delivered I began installing the bed. Setup was so easy. All the hardware and bed parts are labeled and each box included a copy of the assembly instructions. Small well-thought things like this go a long way for me.I had my 11 yr old daughter help me assemble this bed and it took much less time than I anticipated. We had the bed assembled in under an hour. The construction of this loft is sturdy and solid. As is the top coat of paint on the wooden parts – the finish has a very durable finish that is very resistant to scratching or denting. (I dropped one of the corner posts and it hit the side of a table hard while assembling – not even a scratch) For how rugged and high quality this bed is, this bed is a steal at this price. My daughter loves this bed – and we both love the bottom table-to-bed feature. This bed converts to a bunk bed in less than a minute.I would buy again just because of how excellent the customer service is, but the quality and ease of setup made this one of the best furniture purchases we have made since moving into our new home. Absolutely love this bed and company and I’m sure you will too.

    It is a great bed! My husband put it together in an afternoon and it has been perfect for my 9 year old daughter. The only thing I would change about it is that the table has to be unscrewed and dropped down and screwed back in place in order to turn the bottom bunk into a bed. I thought it was going to transition from the table to bed a little easier but my husband is handy so I’m sure he’ll figure something out!

    Everything was wrapped and labeled neatly. It arrived sooner than expected, but still took about a month. The only complaint I have is it’s a little wobbly but other than that it’s great. There is a ton of space for sitting. I am 5’10 and there is lots of clearance between my head and the top bunk. The drawers underneath the bed slide in and out very easily which is nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this bed.

    Our daughter wanted a bunk bed and a desk, and this bed fit both of those wants. I wish converting the desk into a bed was a little easier, but I am not sure exactly what would need to be done to make that happen. The desk part is good size and two adults can sit if needed as well.

    I purchased this bed for my 16 yo daughter. Her bedroom is small and she is petite. She and a friend put it together. I went behind and ensured they tightened all the screws. They did a great job. The bed is perfect for small spaces. It is sturdy and she was comfortable the very first night. The cushions that come with it seem firm but they are actually very comfortable for sleeping or sitting. Also, the company was awesome to work with.
