Description
When it comes to youth furniture, there is more to master than just functional effectiveness and interior decor compatibility. Children need to be inspired, to be constantly reminded that their imagination is their greatest gift. With that in mind, we’re proud to present this Jack Kids modern nautical sailor’s bunk bed featuring one full and one twin bed frame. Finished in oak and white veneer, the centerpiece of this item is its ship wheel accent design with decorative turned spindles, which will have your child feeling like a sailor on the high seas. The built-in and ship-inspired ladder is finished in an oak brown, while the easy access guardrail ensures safe sleeping for the top bunk. A 13-slat system is included for each of the two beds, which makes box springs unnecessary and saves you time and effort. Altogether, this nautical bunk bed reminds us why children’s furniture can be so inspiring and delightful for kids and adults alike.

Putting it together was a challenge. But in the end worth it. Seems extremely solid. Very cute. My grandchildren love it. Upper bunk hard to make as a bed. I bought a blue day bed cover for it as a mattress pad so when used sheets can just be placed over it but it looks nice all the time. It’d be a difficult bed to make all the time. But cute as can be. Also needs center of the wall placement.

Its a beautiful bed. Assembly is not too hard, however, it would be nice if the pieces were numbered for quicker installation. I deducted 1 point b/c the website instruction indicates top mattress shouldn’t exceed 6 inches but the book that came with it, indicates it shouldn’t exceed 9 inches.
