The only problem I got with it, you have to activate sensor, each time you want water. It stays activate for a while, after you activate it but if you leave and come back later, you have to activate it. Something to get use to, I suppose. You can’t just come up to it and turn the faucet on, you will have to leave the faucet on and turn it on and off with the sensor. I will give it 6 stars on the looks, very nice looking faucet. Just the electronics of it that needs work. Not hard to put in but you do need some knowledge, handyman so to speak. The sensor works very good, not a problem there.

So far so good- only issue was a leak on the hose that connects to the outlet of the sensor box under the sink. Before connecting the hose to the outlet, unscrew the nut from the hose and install the small rubber gasket that came in a baggie in the box. Note this is not the gasket in the end of the hose- you must remove the nut on the end of the hose. No leaks after that. Company should consider telling the buyer this is a problem (nothing in instructions about it) or just install the gasket before shipping. Either way, all good after that.

So! Just got it today and decided to install. Was impressed with the weight of it, definitely stainless steel. Installed perfectly other than one issue that the directions don’t tell you. In the box there is a small bag of rubber washers. When you install the line with the weight ball to the “outlet” of the control box, be sure to put a washer in the female end (downside) of the silver screw on part, otherwise you will have water all over when you turn it on. As well, it is a powerhouse when it comes to water pressure, from the new generic faucet that came with the house- huge difference in water pressure. Talk about fantastic!

Awesome!!! Looks good and my daughter and I installed it without professional help. Looks great and works great too. Needs 4 AA Batteries to work. Hope it last longer than the IKEA one I replaced. Working great. Just have white plumbing tape in case you need it.

I have seen the expensive brands be a nightmare to install. I installed mine in about 30 mins even crawling in the sink cabinet and installing it in a sink that was already installed. Instructions so easy as 1-2-3!

Replaced sink and added farm sink. Professional installed. But works great and the size is perfect for a large farm sink. Color and quality of faucet is great. Love the ease of using it. Really adds to the look of my kitchen. Great product for a great price.

I really like the look of this kitchen faucet. It is black matte stainless steel. It has a sleek and modern look to it. There are several great features about this faucet that makes it very useful and so much more convenient than my old faucet. The pull out sprayer has been so nice. It has three different modes for different uses. It helps me to spray out my sink after cleaning the dishes with the boosted mode or to give my sink an overall good cleaning with the spray mode. It also makes it easier to fill up large pots with water with the stream mode. One of my favorite things is that you don’t have to touch any handles to turn on the water. I find that this is something I really appreciate as the family members aren’t passing germs to one another by turning the faucet on and off. It has a motion sensor so you simply wave your hand in front of the sensor to turn on the water. It doesn’t waste any water as once there is no motion detected it will stop. This feature is also helpful in the spread of particular germs that I may have on my hands from handling certain raw meats while cooking.
