WOW! If I could give Marcus from MAT appliance repair 10 stars I WOULD! Honest, respectful, communicative, and efficient!
His customer service the entire experience was top notch. Without even asking, he wore a mask and put on shoe coverings before he entered our home. You cannot buy this kind of sincerity and respect!
He fixed our washing machine fast and did a diagnostic test before determining the problem and telling us the issue with complete honesty!
We will be using him for all our future appliance repairs and HIHGLY recommend him to anyone to who needs this kind of service done!
