Thanks Again for the Work
Was in a pinch to get property cleaned out while I'm out of town for work, I called discount junk removal and he didn't finish the job and threatened to dump load of trash in my driveway, so called Rowleys and in 20 min had the job done and cheap so thanx again for the work and price

Morgan was quick to respond. He arrived on time, dismantled everything, and cleaned up. His price was reasonable. Morgan was friendly, too. I definitely recommend going with this company.
Highly Recommended Company
Morgan and his team were fantastic! I solicited quotes from half a dozen companies for the removal of part of my concrete patio and was very impressed with both the price quoted (perfectly in line with the others) and with Morgan's professionalism and presentation. He was very flexible in creating the proposal and had it ready within 15 minutes of viewing the site in question.
Once I confirmed I had selected his company Morgan had the project scheduled for the following week. He arrived on time and took care of the entire project in a day, including hauling away the debris, clean-up, and grading. During the demo he also maintained the integrity of the existing connected patio, and the drain pipes that were set into the demolished area. The clean-up was excellent, he and his crew removed all but the smallest flecks of concrete from the raw dirt and ensured the area was evenly graded with the rest of the yard. Throughout the entire process he was incredibly communicative and kept me updated as things progressed, including when he went to dump the first time, which was very appreciated.
I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for demo or junk removal. The experience was excellent and Morgan was a pleasure to work with.

Would Definitely Hire Again!
It was time to get rid of our children's play structure as they have outgrown it. My husband took it apart into pieces. And I sent out a request for a quote and had a response from Morgan quickly and was able to have everything picked up within a few hours! He was honest, reliable and definitely had the best price of the eight companies I contacted. He also told me he would be at our house between 130 and two he was right at our door by 1:30 PM I was very impressed by his being so reliable. I also appreciate the flat rate he gave and didn't try to upcharge when he got to our house (I have had that happen in the past with a different company). Also, after all the debris was removed he used a leaf blower to make sure our back patio was cleaned up. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and definitely use this company again for future needs!
