    Well, it works. And that was the point. It arrived disassembled with scratches like it was repackaged after use or something. Was not easy putting it back together since the instructions are just for how to use the device in broken English.

    I got this to mount in the bathroom for radiant heat after a shower. I installed it vertically, 2 feet off the floor, and it threw off plenty of heat. Standing 2-3 feet away provides the needed comfort. I gave it 5 stars because it’s very well made, solid construction, lots of radiant heat, and outstanding customer service.

    Installed it six feet up on bathroom wall, six feet from the shower. Great tech! It’s super warm and dries the shower area. Hope they get more back in stock as I could use one for a work area. Do not install vertically. The strip has to be installed horizontally the way it is displayed in the listing.

    I purchased this to be my heat source for my 100 sq. Ft patio/all season room that is right off my dining room. It was easy to install, simply to use and the 3 heat settings are perfect for what is/was needed.

    This is an excellent heater. We actually have ours mounted outside our shower. It feels great on cold evenings after taking a warm shower. We did have an issue with the original bulb, but I messaged the customer service about it and they sent me a replacement bulb. The only suggestion I have for improving this product is to make one that works directly from a switch without requiring a remote.

    I re-ordered these and received functional units. I’ve used them on our outdoor patio for a couple of weeks now and they are working great so far. If installing on a wall outdoors, I would position them fairly close to where you will be sitting or standing for maximum warmth.

    It’s just right on my back porch I mounted it on the wall pointing it at the chair that I sit. The remote control is handy so I don’t have to get up. I think keeping a set on medium is safer on your house wiring. I recommend only putting it on high to warm up quickly then put it back to medium. The unit is just as I had expected it to be.The red color of the light is soothing to look at. I’m satisfied.

    We have used a propane tower heater the last couple of falls on our deck but it took up half the available space so when I saw this heater on sale I snagged it. Tested it out if the box and it heats high and fast on the 1500w setting and best yet it’s 26in in length so you can put it anywhere. Next I need to get a roll cage to install it in so I can move it from the deck to the garage to the campsite to the…

    Where has this been all my life?! Bought this for our new house that has two beautiful patios and we plan to spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors on them, even in the cold months. I get cold super easily and wanted something to keep me warm when we all sit outside on the patio. It just started getting chilly this past week so I was excited to able to test it out right away and it definitely kept me nice and toasty all evening. The remote is such a nice feature so I don’t have to get up to adjust it to be warmer or cooler, but as other reviewers have said, don’t lose it or it won’t work. I can’t speak to the ease of installing it but my bf said it was easy and it didn’t take him long to get it going, so I assume it is user friendly installation. I will update my review in a few months to let you all know how it’s holding (and heating) up.
