Omg. This is a show stopper for guests. We love it. I had handman install but he took less than hr to do so. Air flow is excellent lights are bright. But i wish it would remeber yhw last setting. It always goes back to brightest when turned on.

The light puts out lots of light, which is good. I have not figured out how to dim this very bright light. I can change colors, but not dim it for tv watching or napping.

Beautiful. Professionally installed–took about 2 hrs. Fan operates perfectly. I purchased two of these ceiling fans. They are beautiful! My husband loves them. One was a bit wobbly when set on high but I contacted customer service and it was quickly replaced with another fan. Both fans are operating perfectly now. Thank you for a quick response!

I always wanted a retractable ceiling fan. Now, I have the perfect one! It took a bit to install, but not because the installation was hard. Our old light was installed many years ago, and was just basically a little dangling metal box. It needed to be reinforced. So, we added strength and a nice mounting base. I also painted a ceiling medallion to match my room and installed that, with it.The fan is beautiful! It is quiet and !omg!, it really puts out some cool breezes! I was amazed, the first time I turned it on. I could feel it all the way across the room!! The retractable blade operation is smooth and very cool to watch! Anyone who sees it, thinks it is the coolest thing…literally and figuratively! Haha Almost everything about this fan is perfect. The only con, if I had to choose one, is the remote does not dim the light, like I would prefer. It must be turned off and back on, to change from dim, medium and bright. But, it is, at least, on the remote.
