Nice fixture but certainly not a real whiskey barrel but it is wood, sturdy and very cute. I ordered 2 extra small to hang over a small bar and they will work great. Only gave 4 stars because the “straps” are fabric like and could be tacked down better and the inside is completely unfinished. Overall pleased with this purchase.

This light is very cool. If your looking for a lot of light ? It might not be the one for you. It gives my kitchen a rustic fell. I’m very happy with this wine barrel light. And it smells great.

Looks great for the price, and happy we went with the smaller size to hang as pendants above the bar. (3ea). Was worried it would be too crowded, but the spacing worked out great in approx 102″ run. Easily hung by electrician and installed like other similar options. Cask’s look is great, with few blemishes. Distressed and rustic look? Only complaint is where the black cask ring comes together it could be a cleaner finish, but unable to tell when hanging.

I haven’t used my lamp as of now. We are renovating and bought a wine barrel to use as part of our renovation along with this beautiful light fixture. If they ever go on sale we will get another one. The finish is beautiful can’t wait to show off.
