It took me two evenings to put together, about 3 hours total. It wasn’t hard, I just didn’t have uninterrupted time. The instructions were adequate, but could have been clearer in a few spots. It said not to use a power tool, but I ended up using one on the drawer assembly. I was very cautious to make sure I didn’t over tighten. I’ve been using the desk for a few days now and I love it. The leather drawer pulls add character. The area on the desktop is larger than it seems.

This desk looks very nice once assembled! Modern and functional. Love that both large bottom drawers can be used with hanging file folders. The leather pulls make it look pretty unique, and with a brown leather chair looks perfect together. Took about an hour to assemble with my husband and I, easy directions to follow! Super pleased with this purchase!

This is a great desk with a modern and sleek look. It’s great for smaller spaces. The packaging was great and the instructions were easy to follow. You won’t go wrong if you follow them exactly. Once it was done, it fit perfectly in my office space! The only one thing I did not expect was that the bottom drawer for files was too short (top to bottom) for the tabs on the hanging files. I had to turn the tabs upside down in order for the drawer to close. Maybe it was a design issue. Anyway, I worked it out and the drawer closed just fine.

I am currently writing this review while sitting at my desk. I am a small female who assembled the whole desk in one day (with the help of some power tools). If you have never built anything before you should follow the instructions very carefully. The desk is wonderful and allows me to get all my college coursework done as well as filing my work stuff. The desk is extremely sturdy I weigh around 100LBS and I laid directly on top of it to test its sturdiness and it didn’t budge. Overall it was a wonderful purchase and well worth the price. however in the box all together the parts are quite heavy so you might need help moving it. The desk also looks better in person and better than the stock photos.

I was so pleased with this desk. The quality was really nice. The grain was better than I expected. Not one thing bad to say. Putting it together is never fun, but instruction were helpful and everything lined up. Delivering was quick. Drawers glide nice!

The desks are sturdy. Time consuming assembly and too many pieces to put together for the price. Who ever designed this desk did not consider that the file drawer would need space for tabs on the hanging folders! You can’t close the drawer if you have file tabs. I had to remove all the file tabs and now think of some other way to alphabetize. Also did not like the weird leather handle pulls so replaced them with different handles.

The Pros:Looks good in person, parts seem pretty sturdy, functional in every way a desk should be, adequate storage space, looks like the picture.The cons:It’s not solid wood but it mentions that, not recommended for heavy storage, package is about 130-140lb so be prepared for that, & the table top weight capacity is 60lbs so keep that in mind. All in all, it’s a good desk. I wish it was real wood but it’s solid and looks really nice anyway. I think it will last a good while if taken care of. I do think the price is kinda high for what it is but if you like the aesthetic, it’s worth it.

Amazing desk! Looks beautiful, and very functional. EXTREMELY heavy! But super sturdy. Highly recommend! Was pretty difficult to assemble, but with a partner, not too bad!
